everybody is trying to look beautiful n fit on that wedding day...
surely we do not want plp to spot that sparetyres ..
so i found this cool link saying that "You don't need the expert advice of a dietician or fitness instructor to follow the diet. All you have to do is follow the rules of the 7-day ritual. And in all probability you'll be happy with the results.".. so here, i summarize it for ur readings..

Day1
What u have 2 do:
Give your system a good spring-cleaning and prepare it for the hardships of the days ahead.
What r u allowed 2 eat:
Eat any fruit except bananas. Try and eat a lot of watermelon. You could end up losing as much as 3 lbs on the 1st day itself!

Day2
What u have 2 do:
Cleanse your system with fibre - with a zero-calorie, high-fibre, high-nutrition diet. Start your day with a mixture of complex carbohydrates and a dose of oil for energy and balance.
What r u allowed 2 eat:
All types of vegetables, cooked or raw (except potatoes).

Day3
What u have 2 do:
Consume carbohydrates, fibre and other nutrition without adding too many calories.
What r u allowed 2 eat:
A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice (except for bananas and potatoes).

Day4
What u have 2 do:
Restock your body with potassium and sodium salts, which depleted over the last three days. At this stage, there is a definite loss of desire for sweets
What r u allowed 2 eat:
Bananas and milk. Eight bananas and up to three glasses of milk would be the right quantity

Day5
What u have 2 do:
Stock up on iron and proteins
What r u allowed 2 eat:
Beef and tomatoes.

Day6
What u have 2 do:
Gain iron and proteins from meat, and vitamins and fibre from veggies.
What r u allowed 2 eat:
Unlimited amounts of beef, and unlimited amounts of veggies. The veggies can opt for paneer instead of beef.

Day7
What u have 2 do:
Complete with the cleansing which you began a week back.
What r u allowed 2 eat:
Brown rice, fruit juices and as much vegetables you can consume.
